Meet Madeline

Rooted in the rich traditions of her Italian family, Madeline Burns found her love for baking in the heart of her family’s kitchen—where every celebration centered around food and desserts made with love. Passion turned to purpose, leading her to earn degrees in both Baking & Pastry Arts and Business.

Before launching her own ventures, Madeline honed her skills as a Bakery Manager for a Fortune 500 company, gaining invaluable experience in both operations and customer service. 

In 2017, she proudly opened Baked by Burns, which quickly rose to local fame—earning Best Bakery in Niagara Falls and the People’s Choice Award from Kiss 98.5’s Cupcake Challenge. Her business was also proudly featured in her culinary school’s Business Spotlight, recognizing her innovation, skill, and community impact.

Now, Madeline is excited to bring that same passion and heritage to her newest venture—where tradition meets creativity, and every bite tells a story.
