Founded by pastry chef Maddie Burns, a Niagara Falls native with a background in Baking & Pastry Arts and Business, our bakery blends classic techniques with creative flair. Rooted in Maddie’s Italian family traditions and years of professional experience—including managing a Fortune 500 bakery—our mission is to bring people together through handcrafted cakes, cookies, and seasonal specialties.
In 2025, Baked by Burns was honored with Best Bakery in Niagara Falls and the People’s Choice Award at Kiss 98.5’s Cupcake Challenge, and was proudly featured in the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute’s Business Spotlight. Baked by Burns is best known for her Cherry Chip cake and Banana Split cake.
Now, we’re excited to serve our community through custom orders, wholesale offerings, pop-up events, and our newest addition, Strollin’ Cannoli, continuing to make life’s sweetest moments even more memorable.
